Easy tahini salad dressing

This dressing needs to be made in a food processor or blender to make it thick and creamy. It complements any salad greens whether its kale, rocket or lettuce.  I sometimes add fresh chili and parsley but the basic dressing is tahini, lemon juice, garlic and water.

Tahini salad dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove fresh garlic or more to taste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 red chili OPTIONAL
  • 1 tbsp parsley OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until creamy.
  • Add a little more water if you want a runnier dressing.
  • Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
