This dressing needs to be made in a food processor or blender to make it thick and creamy. It complements any salad greens whether its kale, rocket or lettuce. I sometimes add fresh chili and parsley but the basic dressing is tahini, lemon juice, garlic and water.
Tahini salad dressing
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove fresh garlic or more to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 red chili OPTIONAL
- 1 tbsp parsley OPTIONAL
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until creamy.
- Add a little more water if you want a runnier dressing.
- Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
