You can serve this cold or warm, make a big batch – it’s very versatile. This dressing is perfect with Asian salads (cabbage, limes, bean sprouts and chilli!)
Satay dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 red chili de-seed and chop finely
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a jug. Serve cold with any salad.
