Satay dressing

You can serve this cold or warm, make a big batch – it’s very versatile. This dressing is perfect with Asian salads (cabbage, limes, bean sprouts and chilli!)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 red chili de-seed and chop finely

Instructions

  • Whisk all the ingredients together in a jug. Serve cold with any salad.
